The NAIS e-service is rendered for making a request to obtain an extract from the Public Information Resource “Unified State Offence Data Bank” as an electronic document or otherwise in electronic form.
This e-service is rendered according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 94-З dated September 9, 2006 “On the Unified State System of Registration and Accounting of Offences” and the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 909 dated July 20, 2006 “On Functioning of the Unified State System of Registration and Accounting of Offences”.
The owner is the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus.
Strong authentication (access via personal electronic digital signature or unique identifier)
To obtain the service it is necessary to:
1. obtain electronic digital signature aids or unique identifier;
2. fill out a request according to the electronic form;
3. enter into a contract for rendering of services;
4. pass authentication in the portal. The service will be available in your personal account.
Attention! Receiving information about offenses in electronic form is only possible using a personal electronic digital signature.
The feature of service obtaining is that a notary and/or lawyer should indicate their personal data, title and status when making a request.
The service is rendered both without the consent of an individual for provision of their personal data as stipulated by law and with the consent obtained.
No access agreement is required from the Owner of the resource.
Request form:
- should specify the full name, information about the identity document, identification number, place of birth and place of residence (place of stay) for individuals, including individual entrepreneurs;
- should specify the name, location, date of registration and UNP (Payer's Identification Number) for legal entities.
