The e-mail service is used to exchange legally significant documents in a personal electronic account on the unified portal of electronic services.

The Personal Account is created automatically for each Belarusian, foreigner or stateless person permanently residing in the Republic of Belarus on the basis of personal data obtained from the Population Register and is activated from the moment of initial login.
