«E-Pasluga» also provides an opportunity to submit an application for any administrative procedure which has been converted into electronic form in the country, and sign it with an electronic digital signature on the ID-card.
HOW TO USE «E-PASLUGA»
An NFC-equipped smartphone, an ID-card are required to use «E-Pasluga». Hold the ID-card to the rear of the smartphone, enter PIN 1 — and register your personal account on «E-Pasluga».
Every Belarusian, whose data are listed in the Population Register, has a personal account on «E-Pasluga». Activation of the personal account is performed upon the first log-in to it.
It is also possible to become an «E-Pasluga user without any ID-card: one can authorise by phone number, email, Google or Apple accounts.
In the personal account, in addition to requesting hundreds of services and administrative procedures, it is possible to use the services of document management, e-mail of a citizen or a legal entity, checking validity of documents, e-wallet.
