Submission of an electronic application by an interested party is performed after its strict authentication on the Unified Portal of Electronic Services (UPES) via the US IILE (using a valid private key, the private key certificate (PKC) of which is issued by the RCC of the SPKMS, biometric identity documents, as well as other methods of strong authentication available in the Unified System for Identification of Individuals and Legal Entities (US IILE)).

The administrative procedure is available to heads of legal entities with strong authentication in the personal account on the Unified Portal of Electronic Services "E-Pasluga". Access may be provided by a head of an organization to the person(s) authorized by them within a role model in accordance with the instructions available on the nces.by website in the "Services" → "NAIS services" section and on the Unified Portal of Electronic Services.

From the list of available administrative procedures, one should select administrative procedure 548.3.10.1 «Registration of a readiness certificate for a heat source or a readiness certificate for a heat energy consumer for operation in the autumn-winter period». Fill in the entry screen form and submit the generated application and the readiness certificate to the authorised body.
