To submit an application for the administrative procedure, it is necessary to perform a strong authentication on the Unified Portal of E-services (UPES) via the US IILE (using a valid private key, the private key certificate (PKC) of which is issued by the RCC of the SPKMS, biometric identity documents, as well as other methods of strong authentication available in the Unified System for Identification of Individuals and Legal Entities (US IILE)), select this procedure from the list of available services and procedures, click on the "Obtain" button, fill in the electronic form with electronic copies of the required documents in PDF format and submit the application to the authorised body for consideration and recording an amendment to the State Register of Securities.

The notification of acceptance of an application and the obtained result of its review will be reflected in the user personal account of the NAIS UPES in the section "My services" when viewing the previously submitted application

Duration of the administrative procedure is 15 days, in case of forwarding a request to other state authorities and other organisations — 30 days.

State duty in the amount of:

0.2 percent of the increase in the authorised stock, but not more than 300 base units — when increasing the nominal value of shares (except for cases of increasing the nominal value of shares at the expense of the equity capital of a joint stock company), including simultaneous introduction of other amendments;

10 base units — when increasing the nominal value of shares at the expense of the equity capital of a joint stock company, including simultaneous introduction of other amendments;

10 base units — when introducing other amendments.

Privileges regarding the amount of the payment collected when implementing the administrative procedure are established by subclause 10.11 of clause 10 of Article 285 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus

Issuers of equity securities and non-resident issuers of equity securities

The administrative decision as an information letter or an electronic document signed by an EDS of an official of the authorised body, with documents attached (depending on the results of the administrative procedure implementation), if necessary, can be downloaded in the "My Services" section.

The applicant has the opportunity to view and print out (save to a local computer) the result of the administrative procedure implementation — an administrative decision, view and print out (save to a local computer) the documents attached to the administrative decision (if any).

Other actions performed by the authorised body to execute the administrative decision:

submitting information to the Central Securities Depository in the Republic of Belarus on forthcoming amendments to the State Securities Register in connection with consolidation or split of shares to ensure blocking of the share issue in the depository system and formation of the register of shareholders;

submitting to the Central Securities Depository in the Republic of Belarus the securities issue questionnaire after making changes to the State Register of Securities
