The electronic NAIS service is provided on the basis of information from the Automated Information System "Calculation-HUS".
The request for provision of information on residential lease agreements from the AIS "Calculation-HUS" is performed for the period.
Information may be requested starting from January 1, 2022 onwards
The following restrictions are applied to the dates submitted in the request:
start date of the request period should be greater than December 31, 2021 and less than the current calendar date;
end date of the request period should be greater than or equal to the start date of the request period and less than the current calendar date;
number of days in the range "Start date of the request period — End date of the request period" should not exceed 31 days.
In automatic mode using system-to-system technology
To receive the service, the following is required:
1. fill out a request according to the electronic form;
2. enter into a treaty for provision of services;
3. establish a secure connection by means of a link encryption software provided by the NCES (National Center for Electronic Services).
The requirements for the Consumer of NAIS electronic services provided by system-to-system technology, the characteristics of obtaining NAIS electronic services by system-to-system technology are defined in the NAIS Unified Technical Requirements.

The information is selected only on residential lease agreements of the private housing fund of citizens.
The information includes:
new agreements added to the AIS "Calculation-HUS" during the specified period;
amendments to existing agreements during the specified period.
The search is performed by the actual date of performing action with the specified agreements in the AIS "Calculation-HUS".
The response additionally includes:
Agreement identifier — a unique identifier of an agreement.
Attribute defining the type of action with a residential lease agreement (add; edit; extend; edit extension; edit renewal; terminate; cancel).
