The electronic NAIS service is provided on the basis of information from the State Information Resource “The Insured Persons' Individual Accounts Register in the Individual (Personified) Accounting System in the National Insurance System”.
The owner is the Social Security Fund of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus.
The search is performed by the insurance number of the Individual personal account (IPA) of the insured person, Payer's account number, code of a position of an employee (profession of a worker) as of the specified date.
Strong authentication (through the Unified System of Identification of Individuals and Legal Entities (ES IFYUL)).
To obtain the service:
- fill out an application based on the electronic form;
- conclude a service agreement;
- authenticate on the Portal. The service will be available in the personal account.
In automatic mode via the system-to-system technology.
To obtain the service:
1. fill out an application using the electronic form;
2. conclude a service agreement;
3. ensure a secure connection using a channel encryption software tool provided by NCES;
NAIS Uniform Technical Requirements specify the requirements for the Consumer of NAIS electronic services provided via the system-to-system technology and peculiarities of receiving NAIS electronic services via the system-to-system technology

The Prosecutor General's Office and territorial prosecutor's offices, internal affairs agencies, the State Customs Committee, customs, tax authorities, the Operational and Analytical Centre under the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Security Service of the President of the Republic of Belarus, state security agencies, the Supreme Court, agencies of the Investigative Committee system, enforcement agencies, law-enforcement officials, courts of general jurisdiction, agencies of the State Control Committee system, border service agencies, and other consumers in accordance with the legislative acts and in agreement with the SIR Owner.

The output data array includes the following data:
the insurance number of the Individual personal account (IPA) of the insured person;

date of admission (transfer, appointment) to the profession of a worker, position of an employee under a labour contract;
date of dismissal (transfer) to the profession of a worker, position of an employee under a labour contract;
code of a position of an employee, of a profession of a worker according to the National Classifier OKRB 014-2017 "Occupations";
full name of a position of an employee, of a profession of a worker;
