1. obtaining electronic digital signature aids;

2. filling out a request according to the electronic form;

3. entering into a service contract;

4. passing authentication in the portal. The service will be available in your personal account.

In automatic mode using system-to-system technology.

To obtain the service, it is necessary to:

1. fill in an application form electronically;

2. enter into a treaty for provision of services;

3. establish a secure connection by means of a link encryption software provided by the NCES (the National Centre for Electronic Services).

The requirements for the Consumer of NAIS electronic services provided by system-to-system technology, the characteristics of obtaining NAIS electronic services by system-to-system technology are defined in the NAIS Unified Technical Requirements.

Paid. On a free-of-charge basis in accordance with legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus (laws, edicts, decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus).

The General Procurator's Office and territorial procurator's offices, internal affairs agencies, the State Customs Committee, customs offices, taxation authorities, the Operational and Analytical Centre under the President of Belarus, the Presidential Security Service, state security agencies, the Supreme Court, agencies of the Investigation Committee system, enforcement agencies, bailiffs, courts of general jurisdiction, State Control Committee system agencies, border service agencies, other consumers in accordance with the legislation, in agreement with the Holder of the National Information Resource (NIR).

As a result of the service, the following data are provided:

the last name of the insured;

the first name of the insured;

the patronymic of the insured;

the birthdate of the insured;

the insurance individual account number of the insured;

the Fund payer's account number;

the payer's UNP (Taxpayer's Identification Number);

the name of the payer;

the year;

the amount of payments for the year;

the amount of payments for the first quarter;

the amount of payments for the second quarter;

the amount of payments for the third quarter;

the amount of payments for the fourth quarter;

(if no value is specified in the "amount of payments for the quarter", no data are available for the quarter);

(if the value specified in the "amount of payments for the quarter" is "0", the amount of payments is 0);

the employment date of the insured;

the employment termination date of the insured.

If there is no information in the register about the insured having the specified full name and birthdate, the text line shall specify:

"As regards to the specified parameters, no information is available in the state information resource of the Social Protection Fund "Register of the insurance individual account numbers within the system of individual (personalized) record-keeping as part of the State Social Insurance System".

Information about the payments on a monthly basis:

the amount of payments for the month (the month number is specified).

the amount of benefits, paid using the state social insurance funds, for the month (the month number is specified).

Additional data about the employment period:

the commencement date;

the termination date;

the occupation (position) code according to the Belarusian National Classifier of Occupations and Positions (OKPD) (from January 1, 2003 to December 31, 2008);

the activity type code;

additional information: indicator;

additional information: duration of the work week.

Note: may contain information on periods of employment under a civil law contract, regardless of the indicator to obtain additional information about the employment period.

*"Amount of payments for the quarter (month)" means the amount of payments for the quarter (month), on which basis the mandatory state social insurance premiums are charged; if no value is specified in the field, no data are available for the quarter (month);

"Amount of benefits, paid using the state social insurance funds, for the month" means the amount of temporary disability benefits, maternity benefits, allowances paid for an additional day off provided, on a monthly basis, to a (step)mother or (step)father, guardian (custodian), who bring up a disabled child aged under eighteen, for the month.

"Amount of payments for the quarter (year)" means the amount of payments (income), on which basis the mandatory insurance premiums are charged, and the amount of benefits, paid using the state social insurance funds. To be provided by payers of insurance premiums, except for individuals who independently pay mandatory insurance premiums, starting from the reporting period 2019 once a quarter during the month following the reporting quarter; by individuals who independently pay mandatory insurance premiums – annually no later than March 31 of the year following the reporting year. The payers shall make the adjustments to the information specified, as may be necessary.

Additional data about the employment period – information in accordance with the Classifier of information used to fill section 2 "Additional information on length of employment" of individual information as per form PU-3.

The amounts of payments and benefits are indicated in Belarusian rubles, namely: for the period from January 1, 2003 to June 30, 2016 they are indicated in notes introduced in 2000, for the period starting from July 1, 2016 – in notes introduced in 2009.

The employers shall provide the information on the insured's employment commencement no later than 5 calendar days from the employment commencement date, and the information on the employment termination – no later than the employment termination date. The employers shall make the adjustments to the employment commencement and termination information, as may be necessary
