To obtain the service it is necessary to:

1. obtain electronic digital signature aids or unique identifier;

2. fill out a request according to the electronic form;

3. enter into a contract for rendering of services;

4. pass authentication in the portal. The service will be available in your personal account.

2. In automatic mode using system-to-system technology

To receive the service, the following is required:

1. fill out a request according to the electronic form;

2. enter into a treaty for provision of services;

3. establish a secure connection by means of a link encryption software provided by the NCES (National Center for Electronic Services).

The requirements for the Consumer of NAIS electronic services provided by system-to-system technology, the characteristics of obtaining NAIS electronic services by system-to-system technology are defined in the NAIS Unified Technical Requirements

state organizations subordinate to (accountable to) the President of the Republic of Belarus or subordinate to the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, State Institution “Transport Inspection of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus”, organizations engaged in state registration of rights to immovable property and transactions involving such property subordinate to or included in licensing authorities or organizations that are entrusted with separate powers of licensing authorities and authorized to perform functions of licensing authorities in accordance with legal acts, notaries, State Institution “Agency for Guaranteed Reimbursement of Bank Deposits of Individuals”, republican state administrative bodies, other state authorities and state administrative bodies, their structural divisions acting as a legal entity, territorial bodies, courts, prosecution authorities, local executive and regulatory bodies (their structural divisions acting as a legal entity), enforcement agents, state institutions established by local executive and regulatory bodies to ensure the activity of state-financed organizations;

other persons exempted from paying state duty on requests for provision of information contained in the SIR in cases stipulated by legislative acts
