To register in your Personal Account and receive the “Issuance of electronic visas” service, you must enter the authorization code from the SMS message sent to the consumer.
SMS messaging is being currently organized through mobile operators in Austria, Great Britain, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Canada, Cyprus, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Slovakia, the USA, France, Switzerland, and Sweden.
SMS messaging is further organized through other foreign mobile operators. The list of foreign countries will be supplemented as the work is finalised.
The electronic service for e-visa issuance allows a foreign citizen to obtain an electronic entry visa to travel into the Republic of Belarus.
The e-visa application has to be submitted at least seven calendar days before the requested date of entry into Belarus.
The decision on the e-visa application is sent to your personal account on this website.
The electronic visa must be printed out and carried with you when entering/leaving and during your stay in Belarus.
The information provided in the electronic application form must be complete and accurate. Inaccurate information may result in refusal of entry to Belarus

To access the service, you need to:
1. Register using your email, mobile phone number, or Google/Apple accounts;
2. Authenticate on the portal. The service will be available in your personal account.

The cost of the service consists of:
A service fee:
6 euros (charged to each applicant, regardless of age or citizenship).
A consular fee:
35 euros – for citizens of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, as well as stateless persons residing in Estonia, and non-citizens of Latvia;
60 euros – for citizens of other states;
0 euro (free of charge) – for citizens of Japan;
0 euro (free of charge) – for citizens of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden under the age of twelve;
0 euro (free of charge) – for citizens of other states, non-citizens of Latvia and stateless persons permanently residing in Estonia under the age of fourteen.
All fees are included in the total amount, which is paid once when submitting the visa application
