The administrative procedure is performed on the basis of:

1. Annex 1 to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated December 22, 2018 No. 490;

2. clause 23.1.1 of the Unified list of administrative procedures for economic operators, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 24.09.2021 No. 548.

1. obtain electronic digital signature aids;

1. a refusal to accept an application of a party in interest;

2. a decision to refund, to credit custom and other payments in respect of specific goods (including goods specified in clause 1 of article 237 of the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union (re-importble); goods specified in clause 1 of article 242 of the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union (re-exportable));

3. a decision to refuse to refund, to refuse to credit custom and other payments for specific goods (including goods specified in clause 1 of article 237 of the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union (re-importable); goods specified in clause 1 of article 242 of the Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union (re-exportable)).
