The administrative procedure ‘Obtaining a licence for security activities’ is carried out on the basis of Resolution No. 548 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 24 September 2021, ‘On Administrative Procedures in Relation to Business Entities’.

List of required documents:

1. a licence application;

2. copies of constituent or other organisational and administrative documents of the legal entity, determining the status of the separate subdivision of this legal entity, where the licence applicant intends to carry out the licensed activity;

4.  information on personal protective equipment, devices, equipment required for the  licenced activity (name, inventory number, factory number (if any), quantity);

5.  information about the employees of the licence applicant who will perform (perform) the licenced activity in respect of each declared work and (or) service for each separate subdivision (surname, first name, patronymic (if any), identification number (if any), qualification (skill level, class, category and other) in the position of an employee (profession of a worker), confirming the absence of restrictions established by Belarusian Law  No. 175-З of 8 November 2006 ‘On Security Activities’).

The Interested Party must log in to the Unified Electronic Services Portal (https://e-pasluga.by/) using strong authentication through the Unified Identification System for Individuals and Legal Entities (using a valid private key, the public key certificate of which is issued by the Republican Certification Centre of the State System for Private Key Management for Verifying Electronic Digital Signatures of the Republic of Belarus, Biometric Identity Documents, and other strong authentication methods available in the Unified Identification System for Individuals and Legal Entities).

Select administrative procedure 548.17.2.1 from the List of available administrative procedures.  Read the description of the administrative procedure, click on the ‘Order’ button, fill in the electronic form with the required documents and send the application to the authorised body for consideration and administrative decision.

The result of the electronic administrative procedure will be available to the Interested Party in  in his/her personal account on the Unified Electronic Services Portal in the ‘My Services’ section when viewing a previously submitted application

25 working days from the date of registration of the application for the administrative procedure implementation

Payment of state duty in accordance with the legislation

Legal entities of the Republic of Belarus who have applied (are applying) for the implementation of an administrative procedure through the Unified Electronic Services Portal

The result of the consideration of the application for the administrative procedure is an adopted administrative decision:

- on refusal to accept the application;

- on the implementation of the administrative procedure;

- on refusal to implement the administrative procedure
