The administrative procedure "Amending a licence for social services" is carried out on the basis of the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 548 dated 24 September 2021 "On Administrative Procedures for Business Entities".

Regulatory authority is the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus.

List of required documents:

a document confirming payment of the state duty (except for cases of payment of the state duty through the automated information system of the unified settlement and information environment);

charter or other organisational and administrative documents of the licensee – legal entity (legal entity to acquire the licence) that define the status of the separate subdivision of this legal entity, where the licensee (legal entity to acquire the licence) intends to start (continue, stop) carrying out the licensed activity – when applying for a licence amendment in connection with a change in the list of separate subdivisions, including their name and (or) location, or re-organisation of the licensee – a legal entity;

a deed of act (a separation balance sheet), charter documents in case of merger, accession, other document or a copy thereof, which clearly show the fact of re-organisation of the licensee – a legal entity and transfer of the licence to another legal entity as a result of such re-organisation (in case of amending the licence in connection with re-organisation of the licensee – a legal entity).

Strong authentication

1. The interested person should log in to the Unified Portal of E-Services (https://e-pasluga.by) with strong authentication through the Unified System of Identification of Individuals and Legal Entities (using a valid personal key, the public key certificate of which was issued by the Republican Certification Centre of the State Public Key Management System, biometric identity documents, as well as other means of strict authentication available in the ES IFYUL).

2. Select the required administrative procedure in the list of administrative procedures available.

3. Review the information, fill in the required fields of the application for the administrative procedure, as well attach the necessary documents, and submit the specified application to the authorized body.

15 working days, and in the case of evaluation – 25 working days, from the date of receipt of the application for the administrative procedure

Non-state legal entities and individual entrepreneurs providing inpatient social services.

Electronic administrative decision (one of):

– on amending a licence for social services;

– on refusal to amend a licence for social services;

– on refusal to accept an application for amending a licence for social services
