1.      Log in to the Unified Electronic Services Space (UESS) using an existing certificate from the Republican Certification Authority (RCA) of the State Key Management System (SKMS).

2.      In your personal account, select service 6.0.00 “Remote issuance of a certificate for an individual entrepreneur (natural person) using an existing certificate.”

3.      Review and confirm your agreement with the User Agreement and Public Contract.

4.      Create a request file in accordance with the instructions.

5.      Import the created request file and provide your contact details.

6.      Select a payment method and pay for the service.

7.      After confirming payment, the system will automatically issue the certificate and save it in the certificate repository. Access credentials for the cloud storage will be displayed in your personal account and also sent to the contact details you provided.

8.      Import the issued certificate into your personal certificate manager, then log in with it to the Unified Electronic Services Space (UESS) (https://account.gov.by) to verify the correctness of its issuance

No later than the working day following the day the Subscriber submits a request for the issuance of the KSC and pays for the service, provided that the Subscriber fulfills the requirements stipulated in the documents regulating the procedure for service provision

The cost for individual entrepreneurs is determined in accordance with the price list (services per price list: 6.6.73 and 6.2.59).

The cost for natural persons is determined in accordance with the price list (services per price list: 6.3.46, 6.3.47, and 6.3.48)

The service does not include the issuance of an additional attribute certificate for working with SPF systems
