Electronic service for providing information on a natural person's basic account and its details to organisations administering social security payments.
The service is provided by the Automated Accounting System for Basic Accounts (the owner is the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus).
The data obtained as a result of the service contains a set of output data on the basic account and its details.
Strong authentication (access via the Consumer's personal electronic digital signature)
To obtain the service it is necessary to:
- obtain electronic digital signature aids;
- fill out an application based on an electronic form;
- conclude a contract for the provision of services;
- pass authentication in the portal. The service will be available in your personal account.
In automatic mode using system-to-system technology.
To obtain the service it is necessary to:
1. fill in the application form electronically;
2. enter into a treaty for provision of services;
3. establish a secure connection by means of a link encryption software provided by the NCES.
The requirements for the Consumer of NAIS electronic services provided by system-to-system technology, the characteristics of obtaining NAIS electronic services by system-to-system technology are defined in the NAIS Unified Technical Requirements
The service is provided without natural persons consent to the providing of their personal data.

The list of Consumers is determined by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus:
1. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, committees for labor, employment and social protection of the regional and Minsk city executive committees, labor, employment and social protection departments of city, district executive committees, departments (departments) of social protection of local administrations of districts in cities.
2. Fund for social protection of the population of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection and its territorial bodies.
3. Territorial centers of social services for the population.
4. Stationary institutions of social service.
5. Ministry of Justice (compulsory enforcement bodies).
6. Institutions of higher education (their separate and structural subdivisions).
7. Institutions of additional education for adults (their separate and structural subdivisions).
8. Institutions of secondary specialized education.
9. Vocational education institutions.
10 Special education institutions.
11. Socio-pedagogical institutions of education.
12. Special educational and educational and special medical educational institutions of education.
13. Structural divisions of city, district executive committees, local administrations of districts in cities, exercising state powers in the field of education.
