FOR NATURAL PERSONS, LEGAL ENTITIES AND STATE AUTHORITIES
The electronic NAIS service is provided on the basis of information from the Automated Information System "Calculation-HUS".
Within one electronic service, it is possible to obtain a certificate for one address.
In case of necessity to generate the certificate to other address(es), in case the recipient of the certificate is located at several personal accounts with different addresses, it is necessary to order a new electronic service.
FOR NATURAL PERSONS AND STATE AUTHORITIES
In case of requests from users with hyphenated names, last names, a space between the last name/name is allowed (example: Ivanov Petrov or entering information with a hyphen (example: Ivanov-Petrov).
1. STRONG AUTHENTICATION (ACCESS VIA PERSONAL ELECTRONIC DIGITAL SIGNATURE OR UNIQUE IDENTIFIER)
To obtain the service it is necessary to:
1. obtain electronic digital signature aids or unique identifier;
2. fill out a request according to the electronic form;
3. enter into a contract for rendering of services;
4. pass authentication in the portal. The service will be available in your personal account.
To obtain the service by natural persons, it is necessary to:
1. obtain electronic digital signature means or a unique identifier;
2. pass authentication in the portal. The service will be available in your personal account.
Special features of receiving:
The NAIS electronic service is rendered to a natural person in relation to themselves.
2. IN AUTOMATIC MODE USING SYSTEM-TO-SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY.
To receive the service, the following is required:
1. fill out a request according to the electronic form;
2. enter into a treaty for provision of services;
3. establish a secure connection by means of a link encryption software provided by the NCES (National Center for Electronic Services).
The requirements for the Consumer of NAIS electronic services provided by system-to-system technology, the characteristics of obtaining NAIS electronic services by system-to-system technology are defined in the NAIS Unified Technical Requirements.

Paid. On a free-of-charge basis in accordance with legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus (laws, edicts, decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus).
FOR NATURAL PERSONS:
An electronic message transmitted to the personal electronic account on the UPES as a report "Certificate on a residential premises occupied in a human settlement, place of residence and family structure".
The report is generated for one address as a result of search based on the query conditions and is available for download in pdf format.
FOR LEGAL ENTITIES AND STATE AUTHORITIES:
An electronic message transmitted to the personal electronic account on the UPES when executing in relation to citizens operations of receipt of a report "Certificate on a residential premises occupied in a human settlement, place of residence and family structure".
