The service provides an opportunity to verify the authenticity of an electronic document (ED) created in a foreign country and signed with a foreign electronic digital signature (EDS).

Obtaining the service is possible only with the availability of an appropriate agreement between the NCES (National Centre for Electronic Services) and the service provider of the foreign country or the TTP operator of the foreign country in which the ED was created.

The service is performed in accordance with the Procedure for provision of electronic services of the trusted third party of the Republic of Belarus available on the NCES website.

The requirements for obtaining the service are defined in the Procedure for provision of electronic services of the trusted third party of the Republic of Belarus, as well as on the NCES website.

The service is available via strong authentication (i.e. using a valid private key, the private key certificate (PKC) of which is issued by the RCC of the SPKMS, an ID card, as well as other methods of strong authentication available in the Unified System for Identification of Individuals and Legal Entities (US IILE)).

To obtain the service, it is necessary to upload the ED as:

a file with the attached EDS (with CMS (PKCS #7) structure as a file with "*.p7s" ("*.sgn") extension);

— or two files:

the document itself in electronic form (any format allowing to view the content of the document using standard applications);

the detached EDS (with CMS (PKCS #7) structure as a file with "*.p7s" ("*.sgn") extension).

On a real-time basis ("request-response").

On a paid basis. The tariff is in accordance with the current price list.

Legal entities and individuals, including individual entrepreneurs.

The response is provided as a receipt containing information on the results of the request processing for verification of the authenticity of the ED created in a foreign state and signed with a foreign EDS.

The receipt constitutes a message in the form of a DER-encoded ACH.1 module described in STB 34.101.81.
