The administrative decision:
- on refusal to accept an application (a motivated letter signed by EDS) in case of failure of the set of documents to meet the requirements;
- on implementation of the AP (a notification letter, signed by EDS, on issuance (refusal to issue) a certificate of quality of forest plant seeds and sending the administrative decision by mail to the address specified by a party in interest);
on refusal to implement the AP (a motivated letter signed by EDS).
