The administrative procedure "Obtaining a decision on approval of preliminary (pre-investment) project documentation for construction of electric power sources, combined power generation sources, heat power sources with a capacity of 500 kW and more" is performed on the basis of the Unified list of administrative procedures carried out in relation to business entities, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 24.09.2021 No. 548.
The validity period of the administrative decision taken upon consideration of the application for the administrative procedure is the projected duration of the construction of the facility, increased by one year.
Submission (withdrawal) of an electronic application by an interested party is performed after its strict authentication on the Unified Portal of Electronic Services (UPES) via the US IILE (using a valid private key, the private key certificate (PKC) of which is issued by the RCC of the SPKMS, biometric identity documents, as well as other methods of strong authentication available in the Unified System for Identification of Individuals and Legal Entities (US IILE)).
From the list of available administrative procedures, one should select administrative procedure 548.3.13.1, familiarise oneself with the information, fill in the mandatory fields of the application for administrative procedure, including attaching the necessary documents (data) and submit the above application to the authorised body
One month from the day following the day of submission of the application for the implementation of the administrative procedure

The result of consideration of the application for the administrative procedure is an administrative decision taken:
— on approval of preliminary (pre-investment) project documentation for construction of electric power sources, combined power generation sources, heat power sources, in the .pdf format;
— a motivated refusal to issue a decision on approval of preliminary (pre-investment) project documentation for construction of electric power sources, combined power generation sources, heat power sources, in the .pdf format;
— refusal to accept the application for the issuance of a decision on approval of preliminary (pre-investment) project documentation for construction of electric power sources, combined power generation sources, heat power sources, in the .pdf format.
The administrative decision is forwarded as an electronic document to the personal account of the interested party on the UPES
