Administrative procedure 548.25.5.1 «Obtaining a conclusion (permit) for importing into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union of goods included in the Common list of goods subject to non-tariff regulatory measures in trade with third countries, provided for by the Protocol on non-tariff regulatory measures in relation to third countries to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29, 2014 (Annex No. 7), radioelectronic means and (or) high-frequency devices for civilian use, including those embedded in or incorporated into other goods» is performed in accordance with subclause 25.5.1 of clause 25.5 of the Unified List of Administrative Procedures with Respect to Economic Operators, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet Council of the Republic of Belarus No. 548 dated 24.09.2021 «On administrative procedures carried out in respect to economic operators».

The authorised body is the Republican Unitary Enterprise for Supervision on Telecommunications «BelGIE».

The procedure for the administrative procedure is described on the official website of the State Enterprise «BelGIE» in the Administrative Procedures>For Legal Entities>AP 548.25.5.1 

To perform the AP, economic operators should fill in the application on the Unified Portal of Electronic Services, sign the EDS, the private key certificate (PKC) of which is issued by the RCC of the SPKMS, attach the required documents and send to the authorised body
