Submission (withdrawal) of an electronic application by an interested party is performed after its strict authentication on the Unified Portal of Electronic Services (UPES) via the US IILE (using a valid private key, the private key certificate (PKC) of which is issued by the RCC of the SPKMS, biometric identity documents, as well as other methods of strong authentication available in the Unified System for Identification of Individuals and Legal Entities (US IILE)).

From the list of available administrative procedures, one should select administrative procedure 548.2.1.1, familiarise oneself with the information, fill in the mandatory fields of the application for administrative procedure, including attaching the necessary documents (data) and submit the above application to the authorised body

One month from the day following the day of submission of the application for the implementation of the administrative procedure

A legal entity (organization) with an annual total consumption of fuel and energy resources of 300 tons of reference fuel or more and (or) legal entities with thermal energy sources with a capacity of 0.5 Gcal/hour or more

The result of the consideration of the application for the administrative procedure is the adopted administrative decision:

– on the establishment of consumption rates and (or) maximum levels of consumption of fuel and energy resources in pdf;

– a reasoned refusal to establish consumption rates and (or) maximum levels of consumption of fuel and energy resources in pdf;

– a refusal to accept an application for establishing consumption rates and (or) maximum levels of consumption of fuel and energy resources in pdf.

The electronic administrative decision is sent to the UPES personal account of the interested party.
