To submit an application for the implementation of the AP, it is necessary:

1. Authenticate yourself on the Unified Portal of Electronic Services  (UPES) using the Unified System for Identification of Individuals and Legal Entities (US IILE) (using a valid private key, the public key certificate of which is issued by the Republican Certification Centre of the State System for Management of Public Keys for Electronic Digital Signatures Verification of the Republic of Belarus, biometric identity documents, as well as other methods of strict authentication available in the US IILE).

3. Fill in the electronic application form, attach the necessary documents, and send it to the authorized body for an administrative decision.

4. The result of the administrative procedure will be available to the interested party in the personal electronic account on the UPES in the “My Services” section when viewing the previously submitted application.

List of documents required for the implementation of the administrative procedure:

- an application;

- a list of technological equipment, components, and spare parts for it and/or a list of raw materials and materials in accordance with the foreign economic contract;

- for entities operating in the territory of the park:  a completed form of the register of information on the conclusions issued on the designation of imported (brought in) technological equipment, components, and spare parts for exclusive use in the territory of the Republic of Belarus for the purpose of implementing investment projects for the construction and/or equipping of facilities of the China-Belarus Industrial Park “Great Stone”, and (or) information on issued conclusions on the appointment of imported (imported) raw materials and materials for exclusive use in the territory of the Republic of Belarus for the purpose of implementing investment projects for the construction and (or) equipping of facilities of the China-Belarus Industrial Park “Great Stone”;

- for entities operating in the territory of the park: an extract from the project documentation for the industrial park facility provided for in the investment project, confirming the availability of raw materials and supplies in its composition; or a conclusion of the design organization developing the project documentation on the availability of raw materials and supplies in its composition or their planned inclusion in the project documentation

5 working days, and in case of need to obtain additional documents and (or) information - 10 working days.

Free-of-charge

The interested parties are legal entities of the Republic of Belarus (legal entities implementing an investment project for the construction and/or equipping of an industrial park facility, or persons financing the construction and/or equipping of industrial park facilities).

The result of consideration of the application for the administrative procedure is an administrative decision in the form of an electronic document that can be downloaded and printed
