The administrative procedure “Making a decision on the completion of an investment project for the construction and/or equipping of facilities at the China-Belarus Industrial Park ‘Great Stone’” is carried out on the basis of Resolution No. 548 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated September 24, 2021 “On administrative procedures carried out in relation to business entities”. As part of the administrative procedure, a decision is made on the completion of the investment project for the construction and (or) equipping of facilities in the China- Belarus Industrial Park “Great Stone”
To submit an application for the implementation of the AP, it is necessary:
1. Authenticate yourself on the Unified Portal of Electronic Services (UPES) using the Unified System for Identification of Individuals and Legal Entities (US IILE) (using a valid private key, the public key certificate of which is issued by the Republican Certification Centre of the State System for Management of Public Keys for Electronic Digital Signatures Verification of the Republic of Belarus, biometric identity documents, as well as other methods of strict authentication available in the US IILE).
2. Select the administrative procedure of interest.
3. Fill in the electronic application form, attach the necessary documents, and send it to the authorized body for an administrative decision.
4. The result of the AP will be available to the interested party in the personal electronic account on the UPES in the “My Services” section when viewing the previously submitted application.
List of documents required for the implementation of the AP:
- an application;
- acts of commissioning of the completed construction project and technological equipment;
- documents confirming the completion of the industrial park facilities (acts of work performed (services rendered), consignment (consignment and transport) notes, other documents at the discretion of the applicant);
- documents confirming the fulfilment of obligations under the agreement on the terms of operation in the industrial park (contracts for the performance of work (provision of services) and (or) acts of work performed (services rendered), consignment (consignment and transport) notes, invoices, patents, certificates, licences, certificates) (for residents of the industrial park, if necessary).

Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus (investors and residents of the China-Belarus Industrial Park “Great Stone” who financed the construction and/or equipping of industrial park facilities in accordance with the industrial park’s urban planning documentation).
The result of consideration of the application for the administrative procedure is an administrative decision in the form of an electronic document that can be downloaded and printed
