The OAIS e-service is provided based on information from the information system "Register of Certificates of Origin of Goods, Certificates of Own Production Products (Works, Services), and Expert Opinions on the Compliance of Manufactured Industrial Products with the Requirements for their Classification as Products Manufactured in the Territory of the Republic of Belarus".

Для получения услуги необходимо:
1. заполнить заявку на основании электронной формы;
2. заключить договор на оказание услуг;
3. организовать защищенное соединение с использованием программного средства канального шифрования, предоставляемого НЦЭУ.

Data is transmitted in real time («request – response»)

Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus;
Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus
Information and/or a copy of the certificate of origin of goods, information and/or a copy of the certificate of products (works, services) of own production, a copy of the expertise report on the compliance of manufactured industrial products with the requirements for their classification as products produced in the Republic of Belarus".
To obtain information from the IS, the Consumer must send a request with the number of the required certificate
