The electronic NAIS service is provided on the basis of information from the Automated Information System "Humanitarian Activity"

The owner is the Department for Humanitarian Activities of the Property Management Directorate of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

Strong authentication (access using personal digital signature of the Customer)

On a real-time basis ("request-response")

On a paid basis. On a free-of-charge basis in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Belarus (laws, orders, decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus)

Legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and natural persons entitled to receive foreign donations in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 25.05.2020 "On foreign donations".

Possible answer options:

1. The recipient of the foreign donations is registered;

2. Such a recipient is already registered;

3. Information on this legal entity or individual entrepreneur is absent;

4. The legal entity or individual entrepreneur is in a state of liquidation or was liquidated;

5. This individual enterpreneur cannot be registered as a recipient of foreign donations
