The administrative procedure will be available for implementation in electronic form since 13 March 2025 after the entry into force of the Decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 913 dated 5 December 2024 "On amending the Decisions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 670 dated 13 September
2018 and No. 548 dated 24 September 2021".
The administrative procedure "Obtaining a permission to perform activities on decontamination and labelling of wood packaging materials with assignment of an individual registration number" is performed on the basis of subclause 22.13.1 of clause 22.13 of the Unified list of administrative procedures for economic operators, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 24 September 2021 No. 548.
List of documents required:
• an application;
• copy of the process regulations for decontamination, labelling and storage of wood packaging materials;
• copy of the technical documentation for the equipment and instruments for temperature control used in the process of decontamination, allowing for automatic recording of the decontamination cycle.

To submit an application for the administrative procedure (AP), it is necessary to authorise on the Unified Portal of E-services (UPES) via the US IILE (using a valid private key, the private key certificate (PKC) of which is issued by the RCC of the SPKMS, biometric identity documents, as well as other methods of strong authentication available in the US IILE, select this AP from the list of available ones, click on the "Order" button, fill in the electronic form with the required documents attached and submit the application to the authorised body for for consideration and administrative decision-making.
The result of the implementation of the AP will be available to the interested person in their personal electronic account at the Unified Portal of Electronic Services (UPES) in the "My Services" section when viewing the previously submitted application
