The search for a contract of additional cumulative retirement insurance is carried out using the series and number of the certificate of insurance.
The search for the lists sent is carried out using the period of submission of lists, list type, Fund Payer’s Registration Number (UNPF).
Consultation on the formation of lists of insurers can be obtained from the State Enterprise "Stravita" by e-mail: callcenter@stravita.by.

Legal entities, their representative offices and branches having separate balance; representative offices of foreign organisations; foreign organisations operating in the Republic of Belarus through permanent representative offices that meet the criteria defined in the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus; individual entrepreneurs, notaries performing notarial activities in a notary office, employing citizens under labour, civil law contracts (with the exception of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs undergoing winding up and (or) economic insolvency (bankruptcy) process.
1.Obtaining information on the contract of additional cumulative retirement insurance.
In accordance with paragraph 3, clause 6 of the Regulations on the procedure and conditions for the implementation of voluntary insurance of additional funded pension, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated September 27, 2021 No. 367 "On voluntary insurance of additional funded pension", in order to control the availability of the Insurance Contract the employer is provided with information on Insurance Contracts concluded in electronic form through the OAIS. When concluding the Insurance Contract in writing, the policyholder shall notify the employer of participation in additional accumulative pension insurance by providing the employer with a copy of the insurance certificate (with the presentation of the original).
