The electronic NAIS service is provided on the basis of information from the national information system "The Database of Able-Bodied Citizens Who are not Employed in the Economy"
The owner is the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus.
In connection with the formation (updating) of a database of able-bodied citizens not employed in the economy, in accordance with the law, the service is not available from February 20 to March 1, from May 20 to June 1, from August 20 to September 1, from November 20 to 1 December.
Strong authentication (access via the Consumer's personal electronic digital signature)
To obtain the service, it is necessary to:
1. obtain electronic digital signature aids;
2. fill out a request according to the electronic form;
3. enter into a treaty for provision of services;
4. pass authentication in the portal. The service will be available in your personal account.
In automatic mode using system-to-system technology
To obtain the service, it is necessary to:
1. fill out a request according to the electronic form;
2. enter into a treaty for provision of services;
3. establish a secure connection by means of a link encryption software provided by the NCES (National Center for Electronic Services).

Public institutions, other organisations providing information for creating the Database of Able-Bodied Citizens Who are not Employed in the Economy
Electronic/service message confirming successful transfer of information to the database
