The electronic NAIS service is provided on the basis of information from the State Information Resource “The Insured Persons' Individual Accounts Register in the Individual (Personified) Accounting System in the National Insurance System”.
The owner is the Social Security Fund of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus.
The search is performed by the insurance number of the Individual personal account (IPA) of the insured person, Payer's account number as of the specified date.
Strict authentication (access using the Consumer's personal electronic digital signature)
To receive the service, the following is required:
1. obtaining electronic digital signature aids;
2. filling out a request according to the electronic form;
3. entering into a service contract;
4. passing authentication in the portal. The service will be available in your personal account.
Automatically using system-system technology
To receive the service, the following is required:
1. filling out a request according to the electronic form;
2. entering into a service contract;
3. organising a secure connection using link encryption software tool provided by NCES.
Requirements for the Consumers of electronic services of NAIS rendered using system-system technology and special features of receiving electronic services of NAIS using system-system technology are defined in Unified Technical Requirements of NAIS.

Free of charge in accordance with the legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus (laws, orders, decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus).
The General Prosecutor's Office and territorial prosecutor's offices, bodies of internal affairs, the State Customs Committee, customs houses, tax authorities, the Operational and Analytical Centre under the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Security Service of the President of the Republic of Belarus, state security bodies, the Supreme Court, bodies of the Investigative Committee system, enforcement bodies, court bailiffs, courts of general jurisdiction, bodies of the State Control Committee system, bodies of the Border Guard Service, other consumers in accordance with legislative acts and upon agreement with the SIR (State Information Resource) owner;
legal entities upon agreement with the SIR owner, provided that they have obtained their consent to the processing of personal data of an natural person (insured person) in respect of whom the information is requested.
The output data array includes the following data:
the insurance number of the Individual personal account (IPA) of the insured person;
the Payer's accounting number of the Fund;
the Payer's accounting number;
name of the payer;
date of admission to employment under a labour contract;
date of dismissal from employment under a labour contract;
indication of availability (absence) of information on the main place of work (to be indicated as of the date of a request).
