3. authenticate on the Portal. The service will be available in the personal account.

NAIS Uniform Technical Requirements specify the requirements for the Consumer of NAIS electronic services provided via the system-to-system technology and peculiarities of receiving NAIS electronic services via the system-to-system technology

Military commissariats (its separate subdivisions), the Prosecutor General's Office and territorial prosecutor's offices, internal affairs agencies, the State Customs Committee, customs, tax authorities, the Operational and Analytical Centre under the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Security Service of the President of the Republic of Belarus, state security agencies, the Supreme Court, agencies of the Investigative Committee system, enforcement agencies, law-enforcement officials, courts of general jurisdiction, agencies of the State Control Committee system, border service agencies, and other consumers in accordance with the Belarusian legislative acts in agreement with the SIR Owner.  

Banks, organizations from the Register of Leasing Organizations of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, organizations from the Register of Operators of Online Borrowing Services in agreement with the SIR Owner, subject to their receipt of the consent of the insured person in respect of whom this information is requested to process personal data in the form in accordance with the appendix to the Procedure for the provision of electronic services of the NAIS:

in writing,

in electronic form, provided that there is a legislative act giving the consumer the right to obtain consent in electronic form, and (or) equating the electronic form of such consent to a written form, with the assignment of a unique number to this consent,

in the form of an electronic document.

Authorized bodies for the implementation of administrative procedures in agreement with the SIR Owner.

Information obtained as a result of providing the service includes personal data of individuals, which are protected by law, and is provided subject to obtaining the consent of the individual to receive, process, store and use information about him/her.

As a result of the service, the following data are provided:

the last name of the insured;

the first name of the insured;

the patronymic of the insured;

the birthdate of the insured;

the insurance individual account number of the insured;

the Fund payer's account number;

the payer's UNP (Taxpayer's Identification Number);

the name of the payer;

the employment date of the insured;

the employment termination date of the insured;

the periods of work under a civil law contract.

If there is no information in the register about the insured having the specified social security number, or the social security number is incorrect, the text line shall specify:

"As regards to the specified parameters, no information is available in the state information resource of the Social Protection Fund "Register of the insurance individual account numbers within the system of individual (personalized) record-keeping as part of the State Social Insurance System".
