3. enter into a contract for rendering of services;

4. pass authentication in the portal. The service will be available in your personal account.

2. In automatic mode using system-to-system technology

To receive the service, the following is required:

1. fill out a request according to the electronic form;

2. enter into a treaty for provision of services;

3. establish a secure connection by means of a link encryption software provided by the NCES (National Center for Electronic Services).

Paid. On a free-of-charge basis in accordance with legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus (laws, edicts, decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus).

Ministries, state committees (central bodies), other state bodies subordinate to the President of the Republic of Belarus or the Council of Ministers (central bodies), bailiffs, other consumers in accordance with legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus.

Legal entities, in agreement with the Holder of the National Information Resource (NIR) and having a natural person's consent to the processing of personal data.
