NAIS electronic services is provided for the purpose of transmitting information about border crossings.
The electronic service is provided in accordance with Decree No. 107 of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated March 12, 2025, “On the information system for the exchange of information about foreign citizens and stateless persons”.
The owner is the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
1. In automatic mode using system-to-system technology
To receive the service, the following is required:
1. fill out a request according to the electronic form;
2. enter into a treaty for provision of services;
3. establish a secure connection by means of a link encryption software provided by the NCES (National Center for Electronic Services).
The requirements for the Consumer of NAIS electronic services provided by system-to-system technology, the characteristics of obtaining NAIS electronic services by system-to-system technology are defined in the NAIS Unified Technical Requirements.
The feature of obtaining is a limited list of consumers.
The service is provided without a natural person's consent to furnishing personal data.
Data sent/received to/from ISOS is carried out using several methods, each of which involves its own set of input parameters.
The service is provided in real time ("request–response")
Paid. On a free-of-charge basis in accordance with legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus (laws, edicts, decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus)
- Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus;
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus;
- State Border Committee of the Republic of Belarus;
- ticket operator.
The output data when entering information into ISOS consists of a combination of HTTP status code, unique package identifier and a string with a detailed message about the successful receipt of the record or an error.
The output data when requesting information from ISOS involves a response in accordance with the request criteria.
