To receive the service in automatic mode using "system-to-system" technology it is necessary to:

1.    fill out a request according to the electronic form;

2.     enter into a treaty for provision of services;

3.     establish a secure connection by means of a link encryption software provided by the NCES (National Center for Electronic Services).

The requirements for the Consumer of NAIS electronic services provided by system-to-system technology, the characteristics of obtaining NAIS electronic services by system-to-system technology are defined in the NAIS Unified Technical Requirements.

Special features of receiving:

The purpose of the ES is timely (within 3 hours) provision by subjects of hotel management rendering services on leasing of residential premises of information on foreign citizens temporarily staying on the territory of the Republic of Belarus to the internal affairs bodies in accordance with the current regulatory and legal acts.

Access to the service is subject to approval from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

As part of the service, the following information is recorded:

identifier of the hotel registering information on a foreign citizen; ID of check-in; room number; date of check-in; expected date of check-out; full name (Russian and Latin); citizenship; gender; date of birth; type of document; machine readability of the document; country of issue of the document; number and series of the document; identification number; date of issue and validity period of the document; passport layout; photo of the holder; visa number and validity period; date of entry

The consumers of the electronic service are legal entities rendering services in the area of agro ecotourism: hotels, sanatorium and health resort and health-improving organisations

The result of the electronic service is an electronic message on successful forwarding of information to the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Belarus
