The electronic NAIS service is provided on the basis of information from the State Automated Information System "Electronic Vehicle Passports (Vehicle Chassis Passports), Electronic Passports for Self-Propelled Machines and Other Types of Vehicles".
The owner is the Central Research and Development and Production Engineering Institute for Management Organisation and Technology.
In accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers dated 24.04.2020 No. 254 «On Introduction of Systems of Electronic Passports», manufacturers of the Republic of Belarus implement the registration of electronic passports for the vehicles (vehicle chassis) manufactured by them, starting from April 1, 2021, for self-propelled vehicles and other types of machinery — from November 1, 2021.
The search is performed by VIN.
