The electronic service of the National Automated Information System (NAIS) is provided on the basis of information from the State Automobile Inspectorate.
The owner is the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
To remove the imposed restriction, the following information is provided:
classifier code "Document type – prohibition" (3 – removal of a restriction);
unique identifier of a restriction record;
date of a restriction removal;
removal, restriction reference number;
removal, restriction reference date
vehicle license plate.
In automatic mode using system-to-system technology
To obtain the service it is necessary to:
1. fill out a request according to the electronic form;
2. enter into a treaty for provision of services;
3. establish a secure connection by means of a link encryption software provided by the NCES (National Center for Electronic Services).
The requirements for the Consumer of NAIS electronic services provided by system-to-system technology, the features of obtaining NAIS electronic services by system-to-system technology are defined in the NAIS Unified Technical Requirements.
The service is provided in agreement with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and with obtaining a natural person's consent to the processing of his/her personal data.
