The electronic service of the National Automated Information System (NAIS) is provided on the basis of information from the State Automobile Inspectorate.
The owner is the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
To impose a restriction, the following information is provided:
vehicle identifier in the AIS SAI;
vehicle owner identifier in the AIS SAI;
classifier type "Document type – prohibition" (1 – restriction imposing);
classifier code "Document type – prohibition" (1 – restriction imposing);
classifier type "Reason for prohibition to deregister";
classifier code "Reason for prohibition to deregister " (1 – ARREST, 2 – REQUEST, 3 – PROHIBITION);
reference number of a restriction;
reference date of a restriction;
authority which initiated a restriction;
date of imposing a restriction;
date to which a restriction is valid;
additional information;
user identifier in the AIS SAI;
address of an authority which initiated a restriction;
registration plate of a vehicle.
In automatic mode using system-to-system technology
To obtain the service it is necessary to:
1. fill out a request according to the electronic form;
2. enter into a treaty for provision of services;
3. establish a secure connection by means of a link encryption software provided by the NCES (National Center for Electronic Services).
The requirements for the Consumer of NAIS electronic services provided by system-to-system technology, the features of obtaining NAIS electronic services by system-to-system technology are defined in the NAIS Unified Technical Requirements.
The service is provided in agreement with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and with obtaining a natural person's consent to the processing of his/her personal data.
