The E-service is provided on the basis of information from the Data Bank of Enforcement Proceedings (EPDB) information system.
The owner and operator of EPDB is the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.
Information can be searched according to the following parameters:
in regards to a citizen:
surname, first name, patronymic;
identification number;
address of registration;
place of residence;
date of birth;
place of birth;
series and number of the identity document;
date of issue of the identity document;
the authority that issued the identity document;
in regards to a legal entity:
name;
UNP;
address of the legal entity;
registered address;
in regards to an individual entrepreneur:
surname, first name, patronymic;
UNP;
identification number;
address of registration;
place of residence;
date of birth;
place of birth;
series and number of the identity document;
date of issue of the identity document;
the authority that issued the identity document
In connection with the transfer of service 3.51.01 to the Unified Portal of Electronic Services of the upgraded NAIS (e-pasluga.by), from 01.01.2025, the service is temporarily unavailable for ordering in the personal electronic account.
In automatic mode via the system-to-system technology.
To obtain the service:
1. fill out an application using the electronic form;
2. conclude a three-party agreement with the NCES and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus;
3. conclude a service contract with NCES;
4. ensure a secure connection using a channel encryption software tool provided by NCES.
Consumers' access to the service provided in automatic mode via the system-to-system technology is implemented using an access token issued by NCES, as well as login and password issued by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.
NAIS Uniform Technical Requirements specify the requirements for the Consumer of NAIS electronic services provided via the system-to-system technology and peculiarities of receiving NAIS electronic services via the system-to-system technology

Free of charge in accordance with the Belarusian legislative acts (Belarusian laws, ordinances, decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus).
A state fee of three (3) basic units is charged for providing information from the Data Bank of Enforcement Proceedings
Consumers of the service through the Unified Portal of Electronic Services are Belarusian citizens, foreign citizens and stateless persons, individual entrepreneurs, legal entities, notaries, courts and other state authorities.
Consumers of the service provided in automatic mode via the system-system technology are the following: courts, notaries, other state authorities, budgetary organizations
To the parties to the enforcement proceedings:
enforcement proceedings number;
the date of initiation of enforcement proceedings;
name of the writ of execution;
date of the writ of execution;
number of the writ of execution;
the authority or person that issued the writ of execution;
content of the requirements of the writ of execution;
amount of debt under enforcement proceedings;
amount recovered under the enforcement proceedings;
amount of remaining debt under enforcement proceedings;
name of the enforcement authority where the enforcement proceedings are (were) pending;
enforcement actions taken, measures taken to ensure the execution of the writ of execution;
result of execution (indicating the grounds for termination, termination of enforcement proceedings, return of the writ of execution to the claimant);
end date of enforcement proceedings.
To other consumers:
number of enforcement proceedings;
date of initiation of enforcement proceedings;
content of the requirements of the writ of execution;
amount of debt under enforcement proceedings;
amount recovered under enforcement proceedings;
amount of remaining debt under enforcement proceedings;
result of enforcement (indicating the grounds for termination, termination of enforcement proceedings, return of the writ of execution to the claimant); end date of enforcement
proceedings.
The composition of information provided automatically via the system-to-system technology is determined in a three-party agreement concluded between the consumer of the service, the NCES and the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus
