The electronic NAIS service is provided on the basis of information from the Automated Information System of courts of general jurisdiction.
The owner is the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus.
Search of information is performed by the start and end dates of the adjudication period and the consumer identification number
In automatic mode using system-to-system technology
To receive the service, the following is required:
1. fill out a request according to the electronic form;
2. enter into a treaty for provision of services;
3. establish a secure connection by means of a link encryption software provided by the NCES (National Center for Electronic Services).
The requirements for the Consumer of NAIS electronic services provided by system-to-system technology, the characteristics of obtaining NAIS electronic services by system-to-system technology are defined in the NAIS Unified Technical Requirements.

The output data array includes the following data:
1. Denomination of a court;
2. Case number;
3. Information on the judgment rendered: denomination of a legal proceeding; date of delivery of a legal proceeding; ID of a legal proceeding; code of a legal proceeding in the database;
4. Document with information on the court judgement: identification number of the document of the court judgement in the database; denomination of the document of the court judgement;
5. File data: identification number of the document of the court judgement in the database, denomination of the document of the court judgement, file data.
6. Information on the participant: Payer's account number, denomination of the participant; date of state registration of a legal entity/individual entrepreneur recognised by the court as invalid; information on the participant's addresses (full address);
7. Information on cancellation of the judgment by a higher court: denomination of the court; date of delivery of the judgement; a judge; case number;
8. Information on the decision rendered: denomination of a legal proceeding; date of delivery of a legal proceeding; date of entry into legal force; ID of a legal proceeding; code of a legal proceeding in the database;
9. Document with information on the court judgement: identification number of the document of the court judgement in the database; denomination of the document of the court judgement.
