The NAIS e-service is rendered for submitting requests by individuals to obtain an extract from the Public Information Resource “Unified State Offence Data Bank” as an electronic document or otherwise in electronic form.
This e-service is rendered according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 94-З dated September 9, 2006 “On the Unified State System of Registration and Accounting of Offences” and the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 909 dated July 20, 2006 “On Functioning of the Unified State System of Registration and Accounting of Offences”.
The owner is the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus.
Strong authentication (access may be obtained via the digital signature of the User).
To obtain the service, it is necessary to:
- obtain digital signature tools;
- pass the authentication on the portal. The service will be available in the personal account.
Non-strong authentication (using a login and a password).
The feature of service obtaining is that information can be obtained from the Public Information Resource “Unified State Offence Data Bank” both about you and about any other person if notarized documents as defined by law are available.
The service is rendered without the consent of an individual for provision of their personal data.
The request form should specify full name, information about the identity document, identification number, place of birth, place of residence (place of stay) and other information.
Attention. Access to the service with weak authentication has been temporarily suspended.

The response is given depending on the urgency as chosen by the User.
Paid. Free of charge in accordance with legal acts of the Republic of Belarus (laws, orders, decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus)
