The administrative procedure "Obtaining an extract from the State Register of Licence Agreements, Assignment Agreements and Pledge Agreements for Intellectual Property Rights of the Republic of Belarus, the State Register of Comprehensive Business License Agreements (Franchise Agreements) of the Republic of Belarus" is performed in accordance with subclause 20.2.6 of clause 20.2 of the Unified list of administrative procedures for economic operators, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 24.09.2021 No. 548.
Strong authentication via the Unified System for Identification of Individuals and Legal Entities (US IILE) (using a valid private key, the private key certificate (PKC) of which is issued by the RCC of the SPKMS, biometric identity documents, as well as other methods of strong authentication available in the US IILE.
To obtain the administrative procedure it is necessary to:
1. obtain electronic digital signature aids;
2. pass authentication in the Unified Portal of Electronic Services (E-Pasluga). The administrative procedure will be available in the personal account;
3. attach the solicitation and necessary documents.
