The administrative procedure "Introduction of amendments, corrections in the State Registers of Industrial Property Rights Objects, the List of well-known trademarks in the Republic of Belarus, the State Register of Licence Agreements, Assignment Agreements and Pledge Agreements for Intellectual Property Rights of the Republic of Belarus, the State Register of Patent Attorneys of the Republic of Belarus, titles of protection for industrial property rights objects (patents, certificates), and breeder's certificates" is performed in accordance with clause 19.14 of the List of administrative procedures carried out by state bodies and other organizations at the request of citizens, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 26.04.2010 No. 200
Strong authentication via the Unified System for Identification of Individuals and Legal Entities (US IILE) (using a valid private key, the private key certificate (PKC) of which is issued by the RCC of the SPKMS, biometric identity documents, as well as other methods of strong authentication available in the US IILE.
To obtain the administrative procedure it is necessary to:
1. obtain electronic digital signature aids;
2. pass authentication in the Unified Portal of Electronic Services (E-Pasluga). The administrative procedure will be available in the personal account;
3. attach the application and necessary documents.
