The administrative procedure is performed in accordance with: sub-clause 3.12.4 of clause 3.12 of the Unified list of administrative procedures for economic operators, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
No. 548 dated 24.09.2021 "On administrative procedures carried out in relation to business entities";
the Resolution of the State Property Committee of the Republic of BelarusNo. 10 dated 25.03.2022 "On Approval of the Regulations on administrative procedures".
As part of the administrative procedure, a decision is made on determining the assignment of a permanent structure (building, construction), isolated premises, parking space in accordance with the unified classification of the immovable property assignment (except for permanent buildings, isolated premises, parking spaces in use).
The authorised bodies are local executive and administrative bodies, as well as the State Institution "Administration of the China–Belarus Industrial Park "Great Stone"".
Strong authentication
1. A party in interest has to authorise on the Unified Portal of Electronic Services https://platform.gov.by/ (UPES). Authorization on the Unified Portal of Electronic Services (UPES) is performed via the US IILE (using a valid private key, the private key certificate (PKC) of which is issued by the RCC of the SPKMS, biometric identity documents, as well as other methods of strong authentication available in the Unified System for Identification of Individuals and Legal Entities (US IILE)).
2. From the list of available administrative procedures, one should select administrative procedure 548.3.12.4.
3. One should familiarise oneself with the information, fill in the mandatory fields of the application for administrative procedure, as well as attach the necessary documents/data and send the above application to the authorised body.
4. After consideration of the application by the authorised body the final document is available for review in the personal electronic account at the UPES.
