The electronic service of the National Automated Information System (NAIS) is provided on the basis of information from the national information resource "The Unified State Register of Immovable Property, Rights thereto and Transactions therewith". The owner is the State Committee on Property of the Republic of Belarus.

The operator is the State Unitary Enterprise "The National Cadastral Agency".

The search is performed by a payer's identification number (registration number).

Strong authentication (access via the Consumer's personal electronic digital signature).

In automatic mode using system-to-system technology

In real time (request/response)

Paid. On a free-of-charge basis in accordance with legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus (laws, edicts, decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus)

Described in the Table, in agreement with the Operator of the National Information Resource (NIR) 

The output data array includes the following information:

Identification information of a possessor of right

Immovable property object

Cadastral or inventory number

Address (location) of an immovable property object

Area

Type of a right, restrictions (encumbrances) on a right

Share of ownership rights

Date of state registration of right creation, restriction (encumbrance) on a right

Name of a territorial organisation (branch, office) that has performed state registration of an immovable property object

Documents providing a basis for state registration of right creation, restriction (encumbrance) on a right
