The owner is the State Committee on Property of the Republic of Belarus.
The operator is the State Unitary Enterprise "The National Cadastral Agency".
The search is performed by:
surname, given name, patronymic;
day, month and year of birth.
Strong authentication (access via the Consumer's personal electronic digital signature).
Strong authentication (access for an individual).
In automatic mode using system-to-system technology
In real time (request/response)
Paid. On a free-of-charge basis in accordance with legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus (laws, edicts, decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus)
Described in the Table, in agreement with the Operator of the NIR (other than natural persons)
