The owner is the State Committee on Property of the Republic of Belarus.
The operator is the State Unitary Enterprise "The National Cadastral Agency".
The search is performed by: surname, first name; day, month and year of birth.
Strong authentication (access via the Consumer's personal electronic digital signature).
