Strict authentication via the Unified Portal of E-Services (US INEE) (using a valid private key, the public key certificate of which is issued by the Republican Certification Centre of the State System of Public Keys Management for Verifying Electronic Digital Signatures of the Republic of Belarus, biometric identity documents, as well as other methods of strict authentication available in the US INEE).

To submit an application for an exercise of an administrative procedure, you should:

1. obtain an electronic digital signature;

2. complete authentication procedure on the portal. The service will be available in your personal electronic account;

3. attach the application and other documents in accordance with subparagraph 20.8.1 of paragraph 20.8 of the unified list of administrative procedures performed in relation to business entities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus as of September 24, 2021 No. 548

1 month from the date of registration of a trademark, service mark, collective mark in the State Register of Trademarks and Service Marks of the Republic of Belarus, entry of information relating to a well-known service mark in the Republic of Belarus in the list of well-known trademarks and service marks in the Republic of Belarus

In accordance with subparagraphs 5.1, 5.2, 5.15, 5.16, 5.23 and 5.24 of paragraph 5 of Appendix 23 to the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus
