Strict authentication by means of the Unified Portal of E-Services (UPES) (using a valid personal key, the public key certificate of which is issued by the Republican Certification Centre of the State System of Public Keys Management for Verifying Electronic Digital Signatures of the Republic of Belarus, biometric identity documents, and other means of strict authentication available in the UPES).

To submit an application for an exercise of an administrative procedure, you should:

1.         obtain an electronic digital signature;

2.         complete authentication procedure on the portal. The service will be available in your personal electronic account;

3.         attach the application and other documents in accordance with subparagraph 20.5.1 of the paragraph 20.5 of the unified list of administrative procedures performed in relation to business entities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus as of September 24, 2021 No. 548
