The questionnaire may be completed:
1) by selecting the answer option on the UPES manually;
2) by attaching a questionnaire file from the medical information system.

Access of the Consumers to the NAIS ES is performed with strong authentication via the US IILE (using a valid private key, the private key certificate (PKC) of which is issued by the RCC of the SPKMS, biometric identity documents, as well as other methods of strong authentication available in the Unified System for Identification of Individuals and Legal Entities (US IILE)).

The citizen who is subject to the questioning is informed by SMS-notification: «Данные анкеты, заполненной Вами на приёме у врача, внесены на ЕПЭУ» to the mobile phone number specified in the questionnaire data.
