The administrative procedure is carried out in relation to:
a foreign organization, a foreign individual entrepreneur providing electronic services;
a foreign organization, a foreign individual entrepreneur carrying out electronic distance sale of goods.
The result of the administrative procedure is the assignment of the taxpayer identification number (TIN) to the applicant. The applicant shall be issued in electronic form a notice about his registration.
