Administrative procedure for issuance of a certificate on the amount (non-receipt) of care allowance for a group I disabled person or a person who has reached 80 years of age

The owner of the Social Benefits Data Bank State Information System is the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus

Strong authentication (access for an individual)

1. The interested party must log in the Unified Portal of E-Services (https://e-pasluga.by) through the ES IFYUL (using a valid personal key, the public key certificate of which was issued by the Republican Certification Centre of the State Public Key Management System, biometric identity documents, as well as other means of strong authentication available in the ES IFYUL) or a unique identifier.

2. Select the required administrative procedure in the list of administrative procedures available.

3. Review the information, fill in the required fields of the application for the administrative procedure, as well attach the necessary documents, and submit the specified application to the authorized body
